2. Description of Services

Mavian offers software development services, technology consulting, automations, integrations, and artificial intelligence solutions. Specific details of each service will be agreed upon in writing before the start of any project.

3. User Obligations

The user agrees to provide truthful and updated information, not to use our services for illegal purposes, and to respect intellectual property rights. The user is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their access credentials.

4. Intellectual Property

All code, designs, and materials developed by Mavian will remain the property of the client once full payment for the project is completed, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Mavian's proprietary tools and frameworks will remain the company's property.

5. Limitation of Liability

Mavian shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our maximum liability shall be limited to the amount paid by the client in the last 12 months.

6. Termination

Either party may terminate the business relationship with 30 days prior notice. In case of serious breach, termination may be immediate. Payments made for completed work are non-refundable.

7. Modifications

Mavian reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will take effect immediately upon publication on this website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
